They will also foster communication across multiple JJIM departments including Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales. MBA or other related graduate level degree preferredMinimum of 8 years healthcare business related experience required. A concentration in biopharmaceutical market access, field reimbursement or managed markets is preferred.Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes 3+ years of direct people management Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance success in prior roles A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United StatesReside within the geography or be willing to relocate to itPreferred QualificationsNeuroscience disease state experienceMBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications preferredProven ability to navigate high profile, complex business circumstancesExperience developing and executing customer-oriented strategiesAbility to effectively collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environmentExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong analytical/problem solving skillsExperience in the Neuroscience therapeutic marketDemonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and apply new tools over time preferredExperience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgement preferredThis role involves travel up to 75 % of the time.
